Smith & Weston was born out of a love for the outdoors and an appetite for really good local produce. It all started from making gin liqueurs for our ourselves which quickly then spread to friends and family. We enjoy the whole process of creating our gin liqueurs: The walks to identify the seasonal fruits, the picking, the experimentation and creativity in coming up with the recipes and then to the final bottling. We are part of the whole gin liqueur journey from start to finish. Howard & I (and our dog Sid) have spent many a day roaming our stunning local countryside picking, foraging and sourcing the very best and the ripest fruits that Dorset and the surrounding areas have to offer.
