Marie’s Little Jar – bringing the tastes of Cameroon to your kitchen

Her desire to share flavours of her homeland led Carine to create Marie’s Little Jar. A range of easy-to-use sauces, bursting with flavours found on the streets of Yaoundé and Douala. 

It coincided with a growing need to get back to her roots.From her small Clapham kitchen, began crafting sauces whichcould make the tastes of West Africa accessible to anyone. 

Each little jar is made with ingredients from Cameroon and designed to add flavour and flare to everyday dishes with just one spoonful. Her dreamy green sauce, bright with basil and parsley, can be drizzled over roast vegetables or white fish, and her hot chilli is breathtakingly spicy and packed with flavour, adding punch to pasta sauces or as a dip for grilled prawns. 

As with all of her food, Marie’s Little Jar sauces are all-natural and made from only the best and freshest ingredients.
