Made in Italy, Made with Passion
Parma Ham, or Prosciutto di Parma, one of Italy’s most celebrated cured meats, crafted in the hills around Parma in the Emilia Romagna region for over 1,000 years. As a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) product, every stage of production must take place in this unique region, where the climate plays a vital role in developing its world-renowned flavour and texture.
Parma Ham is made using just two natural ingredients: quality Italian pork and sea salt. There are no additives, no preservatives, just time, tradition, and craftsmanship. Each ham is cured for a minimum of 14 months and must pass strict quality checks before it earns the iconic Ducal Crown stamp, a true mark of authenticity and full traceability.
Whether you enjoy it on its own, paired with fruit and cheese, or layered into your favourite recipes, Prosciutto di Parma is a natural, delicious choice that continues to be loved by chefs and food lovers around the world.
