Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. For questions relating to a specific festival, please refer to the FAQ page for that event.
Yes tickets include free entry to both the Festival and the Historic Royal Palaces venue unless otherwise stated.
Standard advance tickets vary per festival. For full ticket prices, please visit the individual festival websites. More information coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be among the first to hear when tickets go on sale.
The £2.95 admin fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Admin fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.
The admin fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The admin fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.
Under 18s are admitted to the Festivals, accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Festivals.
Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Festivals. If you call the Box Office on 0844 995 1376, when tickets go on sale, this can be arranged for you. Unfortunately you are unable to do this online.
You should receive your print at home ticket by email straight away.
If you haven't recieved your tickets, please contact See Tickets on the dedicated Customer Service page here or by calling them on 0844 995 1376. Please have ready the email address or name you booked under or your order number if you have it.

School groups are not permitted at the Festivals, on any day. Please note, if group tickets are purchased for a school they will be turned away on arrival.
Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Festivals, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead!
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Festivals, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs.
There are no cash machines on site. Some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!
