Our wine making process is overseen by Santiago Achaval, recognized as one of the world leaders in winemaking by Wine Spectator and Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. His wines consistently score in the high 90’s. And also by Mariana Onofri, one of the first certified sommeliers in Argentina, provides incredible experience to the team as a seasoned vintner and wine professional.
Our portfolio includes Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Torrontés, GSM, Rosé, and exclusive blends, all of which are 100% vegan-friendly. As part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, we are transitioning to organic farming, with all wines from the 2025 vintage onwards certified organic.
