Guide, assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the Festival.

There are nine disabled parking bays available on site. Parking on site is free for Blue Badge holders.

Hampton Court Palace is a historic building and has many uneven surfaces and difficult staircases. The Palace recommends that wheelchair users bring their own wheelchairs for comfort and ease.
