Nepalese cuisine comprises a variety of cuisines based upon ethnicity, cultural diversity and geography of the country. Nepal does take heavy influence from its neighbouring countries such as India and China. However, Nepal only opened up its borders to outsiders in the 1950s and because of difficulties in transport and trade due to its geographical setting, they have maintained a focus on using locally grown produce.

In general, Nepalese dishes are healthier than most other South Asian cuisine, using less of fats/oils, more of fresh vegetables, spices, lean meats, pickled ingredients and salads.

Every dish at Nimtoh is cooked to order using real and whole ingredients for authentic, natural and fresh flavours!
