What are the opening and closing times for the Festive Fayre?accordian title

How much are tickets for the Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre?accordian title

Tickets for the Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre are not yet on sale. Sign up to our newsletter here to be amongst the first to know when tickets go on sale!

Do Historic Royal Palaces members go free? accordian title

Yes. HRP members go free. If you are a HRP member, please prebook an arrival time slot via the member portal on the main Hampton Court Palace website once tickets are on sale. 

I have lost my tickets what do I do?accordian title

For tickets booked direct with Hampton Court Palace please email info@hrp.org.uk  For any other ticket enquiry please email marketing@riverstreetevents.co.uk 

What is the transaction fee and when does it apply?accordian title

The £3.50 transaction fee is charged per order for any booking made via SEE tickets on the hrpfoodfestivals site, not related to the number of tickets purchased. 

The fulfilment fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets electronically and also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g.i customer services, nventory control, collection facilities etc

Do you have special rates for children?accordian title

Children aged 0-4 are free every day. 

Is there an age limit to enter Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre?accordian title

Under 18s are admitted to the Festive Fayre, accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Fayre. 

I am registered disabled, do I get a concessionary ticket?accordian title

Complimentary adult carer tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).


When will my tickets arrive?accordian title

You should receive all tickets by email straight away.  These can either be printed at home, or shown on arrival on your smart phone. 


Are there any discounts on group bookings?accordian title

From Monday 14 September 2020, group/multiple ticket holders are required by law to visit in groups of 6 (unless they are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).

Guided tour groups of up to 30 people may take place indoors or outdoors as long COVID-19 safety measures are followed.

Can I bring a school group?accordian title

School groups are not permitted at the festival, on any day. Please note, if group tickets are purchased for a school they will be turned away on arrival at the palace.

Are there cash machines on site?accordian title

There are no cash machines on site. The nearest one is located outside the palace at the Petrol Station on Hampton Court Way.  We actively encourage cashless transactions, however some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!

Is there a crèche facility?accordian title

There is no crèche facility at the palace.

Is there anywhere to store my shopping?accordian title

We are currently unable to offer any lockers to store bags.

Are dogs permitted at the Fayre?accordian title

Unfortunately dogs are not permtted into the palace, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs.Please let us know in advance by contacting hrpfoodfestivals@riverstreetevents.co.uk if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Fayre?accordian title

Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Fayre, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead! Please be aware that you cannot move between courtyards or to and from the East Gardens with open beverages and food to go due to the very delicate nature of the flagstones and floorings. 

What extra safety measures will be taken to ensure visitors and staff are protected?accordian title

The safety of our visitors and staff is our priority.  We have implemented a comprehensive plan to help our visitors and staff feel safe. Click here to see the full details

What measures do you have in place to ensure visitors observe social distancing? accordian title

We will be using signage and where appropriate, floor markings to indicate best practice for social distancing. Our staff will be fully trained on social distancing, so they can make sure the latest guidelines are followed by all visitors. 

Do I have to wear a face covering at the Fayre? accordian title

Face coverings will be required at all times inside the palace and courtyards, but voluntary elsewhere on the site. This information will be updated if Government or local authority guidelines change.

Will your staff be wearing PPE?accordian title

Where appropriate – particularly where closer contact with members of the public is required – our staff will be issued with PPE, or may be working behind screens, for their protection and to protect our visitors.

How will you be managing the toilets? accordian title

Toilets will be frequently cleaned and monitored by staff.  We will display a sign in sheet in each toilet, so visitors can be clear on how we are maintaining high standards of hygiene.

What will your staff do if visitors are see not observing social distancing? accordian title

Our expectation is that all visitors will observe social distancing, to protect themselves and each other.  Our staff will be able to assist, should you have any concerns

I have a query about my ticket, what should I do? accordian title

If you booked through SEE tickets please contact their customer service team, if you booked directly with the Palace please visit the website.
