Yes. HRP members go free. If you are a HRP member, please be sure to book an arrival time slot via the main Hampton Court Palace website - access remains free of charge to members, however you must be in possession of a valid timed ticket to guarantee entry.
The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your order, producing your tickets, and in the case of postal delivery, the packing and delivery of the tickets to you. The fee applies to postal, print at home and e-tickets to cover the costs of: credit card fees; ticketing technology; onsite scanning staff; customer services and administration, all of which are involved in the processing, production and issuing of your tickets. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. For example, if you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.
Under 18s are admitted to the Festive Fayre, accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Fayre.
Complimentary adult carer tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).
You should receive all tickets by email straight away. These can either be printed at home, or shown on arrival on your smart phone. If you have any questions or if your tickets have not arrived please contact the SEE Customer Service Team.
There are no cash machines on site. The nearest one is located outside the palace at the Petrol Station on Hampton Court Way. We actively encourage cashless transactions, however some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!
Unfortunately dogs are not permtted into the palace, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs. Please let us know in advance by contacting [email protected] if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.
Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Fayre, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead! Please be aware that you cannot move between courtyards or to and from the East Gardens with open beverages and food to go due to the very delicate nature of the flagstones and floorings.
Toilets will be frequently cleaned and monitored by staff. We will display a sign in sheet in each toilet, so visitors can be clear on how we are maintaining high standards of hygiene.
