What are the opening and closing times for the Food Festival?accordian title

The Hampton Court Palace Food Festival will be back from 24 - 26 August 2024. Opening times will be 10am-6pm daily.

How much are tickets for Hampton Court Palace Food Festival?accordian title

Ticket Prices 2024 will be:

Adult: £30.00 
Concession (over 65, Full-Time Student): £24.00
Young Person (16-17): £15.00 
Child (5-15): £15.00 
Child admission (0 - 4 years): Free
Disabled concession: £24.00
Disabled Carer/Companion: Free

What is the transaction fee and when does it apply?accordian title

The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your order, producing your tickets, and in the case of postal delivery, the packaging and delivery of the tickets to you. 

The fee applies to postal, print at home and e-tickets to cover the costs of: credit card fees; ticketing technology; onsite scanning staff; customer services and administration; all of which are involved in the processing, production and issuing of your tickets as well as safe and secure access to the event. We are doing all we can to manage these costs admist all costs rising to deliver events and constantly reviewing fees and the customer experience and value for money at our events. 

The transaction fee applies per order, and not per ticket. For example, if you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee. 

Do you have special rates for children?accordian title

Under 4's go free, children aged 5-15 are charged at a child rate. 

Is there an age limit to enter Hampton Court Palace Food Festival?accordian title

Under 18s are admitted to the Food Festival accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit.

I am registered disabled, do I get a concessionary ticket?accordian title

Complimentary adult carer tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).

Are there cash machines on site?accordian title

There are no cash machines on site. The nearest one is located outside the palace at the Petrol Station on Hampton Court Way. Some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!

Is there parking?accordian title

Yes, the car parks are open but cannot be pre-booked. 

Limited parking is available on-site. £1.60 per hour, Pay for your parking with cash, card or by using the Gilde app. The palace car park has nine disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders. They are available on a first come first served basis and are in the lower car park, near the entrance to the Welcome Centre. Parking is currently free for blue badge holders parked in the disabled bays. Please note the car park is open from 9am-7pm. Cars left after 7pm will be locked in for the evening.

Overflow parking on Hampton Court Green, pay and display. Parking will be on grass so visitors will need appropriate footwear. Should there be adverse weather conditions and the area becomes waterlogged, parking in the Green will be unavailable

Parking is also available at Hampton Court train station, 200 metres from the palace.

Is there a crèche facility?accordian title

There is no crèche facility at the Food Festival.

Is there wheelchair hire available?accordian title

Hampton Court Palace is a historic building and has uneven surfaces and difficult staircases. We recommend that wheelchair users bring their own wheelchair for comfort and ease. We are currently unable to provide wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Is there anywhere to store my shopping bags?accordian title

We are currently unable to offer any lockers to store bags.

Are dogs permitted to the Food Festival?accordian title

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Festival, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs. Please let us know in advance by contacting [email protected] if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Food Festival?accordian title

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink to the Food Festival, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead!

How will you be managing the toilets? accordian title

Toilets will be frequently cleaned and monitored by staff. We will display a sign in sheet in each toilet, so visitors can be clear on how we are maintaining high standards of hygiene.

I have a query about my ticket, what should I do? accordian title

If you booked through SEE tickets please contact their customer service team, if you booked directly with the palace please visit the website.

Can my SEE ticket be used for a Historic Royal Palaces membership upgrade offer’ ‘No, only tickets bought directly from Historic Royal Palaces are eligible for the current membership upgrade offer?accordian title

No, only tickets bought directly from Historic Royal Palaces are eligible for the current membership upgrade offer. Your SEE tickets for Foof Festival cannot be used towards a HRP Membership upgrade.
